Provide a predictable preview URL for each PR branch, that dynamically references the preview for the latest commit to that branch. One URL that can be used to preview while debugging.

As Ben noted, there are stable URLs available for PR Preview Builds at [branch-name]-[sitename].gtsb.io.

This feature exists! Every PR gets a stable branch. You can find it either in the build logs for that specific branch (pictured) or linked from the Gatsby Cloud Build Report comment in Github.

Sounds like we may need to add some documentation around this, and also maybe make it more easily accessible from a design perspective!
